XTreme Hip Hop

An electrifying dance fitness class that will take your workout to the next level. Using moves created by Phillip Weedon, this class combines high energy hip hop moves with step aerobic exercises. Get ready to sweat, groove and feel the burn as you push yourself to the limit. Whether you are a seasoned dancer, or just starting out, Xtreme Hip Hop is designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible to all fitness levels.

Tabata pump

Tabata Pump is an intense and effective workout program that combines the principles of Tabata training with weightlifting exercises. It is a high intensity training (HIIT) workout that will challenge your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. The workout is structured in 20 second intervals of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. You’ll experience a total body workout that will leave you feeling strong, energized and accomplished.

super circuit

Super Circuit is an amazing workout routine that combines different exercises to target various muscle groups and boot overall fitness. In a Super Circuit workout, you’ll move through a series of exercises with little to no rest in between, keeping your heart rate up and maximizing calorie burn. It’s a fantastic way to improve strength, build lean muscle and increase overall fitness level.
