  • Xtreme Hip Hop is a high-intensity workout program that combines hip hop dance moves with cardio and strength training exercises. Hype Girl Fitness adds a little flare with country, pop and rock tunes! It provides a challenging and fun way to get fit and improve your dance skills.

  • Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil is a certified fitness program. The moves are taught to certified instructors worldwide. The Basics, as created by Phil, can be learned here:

  • Hype Girl Fitness is inclusive and as such ensures that nobody gets left behind. All classes are beginner friendly with the basic moves taught to each new Hype Fit member who joins the squad! Participants are welcome to rest or move off the step as and when required. Opportunities to level up are offered where applicable to ensure that all levels of fitness are catered for.

  • I am available to teach Tabata Pump, Circuit, Bootcamp and Step and Tone classes

  • I am a qualified group fitness instructor, currently studying to become a personal trainer.
